June is National "Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month" so in recognition and in support of this mission, we would like for you to join us in celebrating the Life and Legacy of Callie “Nan” Smoot through our" 96 Names for Nan" Birthday Fundraiser, in honor of what would have been her 96th birthday on June 23rd. This heartfelt campaign invites 96 (or more) individuals and families to donate to the support of "The Callie Smoot Foundation For Memory Care" and to submit the names of loved ones that you would wish to honor or in memory of, especially those impacted by Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or any type of Memory Loss Disease.
This fundraiser helps provide caregiver education, memory care resources, respite support, and community programs for families navigating the Journey of Memory Loss. Together, we honor the past, support the present, and create hope for the future.
